Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will give you full command over your email box accounts and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward e-mails from one email box account to another, set up email filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your mailboxes against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mails based on certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and define the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just choose the email mailbox you would like to forward mails from, then select the target email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
